The orange blossom as known as orange flower is the fragrant flower of Citrus family. As the most famous types of this family we can point to Citrus sinensis (orange tree), Citrus aurantium (sour orange tree), citrus aurantifolia (Lime tree) and Citrus limon (sweet lemon tree).
It's grown in different states in Iran but the major product is collected from Mazandaran State (north of Iran) and Fars State ( Central-south of Iran).
